Card Maker Magazine Spring Parade Blog Hop

Here is my sample:

This card was super easy to make!  I used the flower and dragonfly from the kit, stamping the flower twice using Gina K. black ink on the turquoise sea card stock.  I LOVE the way the turquoise sea looks against the kraft.  The sentiment is stamped in black ink on the kraft base.  I used some black stickles in the center of each flower. There is a hint of scalloped edge black card stock tucked in behind the main image.

I used the sun and clouds to create a sparkly little pick-me-up!

The card is stamped directly on the white card stock with black ink and colored with copics. I added some stickles to the sun and the clouds/raindrops.  I used a clear button with a circle of copic colored grey under it, tied up with some yellow bakers twine. The yellow ribbon is part of the kit! <3 The yellow and grey are so fun together, don't you think? 

Here is a super simple card using the designer paper and a custom cut silhouette tag.  I used the dragonflies and stamped them in pear tart, then added the sentiment with black ink.

Here is a close up of the tag area. The striped paper is also part of the kit!

 Here is a clean and simple card which I made with stamps in the kit. I stamped the branch in chocolate and pear inks. Then with black ink I added the bird to the branch and the sentiment under the branch.

 

I used copic markers to color in the bird and then added some gems to the leaves and some bakers twine.

Here is a second card using some of the designer papers from the kit!

I stamped the flowers with pear tart and used the bic markers to create the center to look as close to turquoise sea!

The base is turquoise sea, with sweet mango and white (the edge is scalloped). I also used a button and some bakers twine to complete the super simple birthday card!

Wicked Cool Laser Tag Birthday Card!

Sometimes boy cards can stump me!  It is hard for me to not add scallops, glitter and ribbon!  Here is a birthday card I made for Xavier to include with a gift for a friend. The party was at a laser tag place!  That is the coolest thing ever for kids!  I created this card with Wicked, Lots of Dots and Stippled Nature stamp sets.

The designer paper is from a CHA stash of papers which I was given.  Not sure of the manufacturer, sorry!
