Gina K. Blog Hop: Stippled Nature birthday

This is a super simple card which I created for a little girl's birthday since her favorite color is blue!
White scalloped circle is dry pressure embossed and adhered with foam dots to the card base. Double looped some may arts ribbon under the focal point. The sentiment banner has some pearl dew drops on each side!

Paper is Gina K. white and turquoise sea.
