I made this valentine with my new stamp set Lots of Washi.

I stamped the circle strip with versamark on the 2.5 x 3.5 artist trading card size piece of card stock.  I printed the sentiment on white card stock and added some hearts with Becky's new Folk Filigree set.

These are mini whoopee cushions - the perfect valentine gift for a

4th grade boy to give out to his classmates! A shout out to Heather Courtney who shared a Pinterest link about whoopee valentines! Thanks my crafty friend!

Here is a card which I created faux washi tape strips using Lots of Washi & Lots of Dots. The sentiment is from Signs of Spring by Theresa Momber. The frame is from Lots of Dots Alphabet. A few sequins adorn the card to give it some sparkle!

Finally, here is a card which I created with Lots Of Washi and Lots of ThanksIt uses custom bakers twine.  I made a video showing the process of creating this card.  Hope you like it!

I cannot wait to share more of the ideas with you next week during our design team hop! See you tonight at the release party!

I have a LOT to share! I'm starting off with Elegant Flourishes by Cammie!

This monochromatic card is so elegant! It's hard to see the 3 black gems next to the sentiment. Sentiment is from Lots of Lines

This second card uses the same set, plus the sentiment from Lots of Thanks! Kraft ink on kraft paper. Some copper gems give it some pop!

This color combo was unusual, but I wanted to try it! Honey Mustard, Black and Red Hot!  Sentiment is from Lots of Thanks.

Next I will share the Stamper's Favorites set by Melanie. I used the feather from her set with Honey Mustard ink, colored in a bit with copics. The background is stamped with Lots of Dots in versamark.

This white on kraft card was super simple, but the white gives the details of that beautiful feather. Sentiment is in chocolate. White strip is dry embossed with swiss dots.

The leaves from the set were stamped and colored with copics, and then some Prima flowers were added. Sentiment is from Lots of Thanks.

I call this faux stained glass. I stamped the butterfly in black, then colored it in with random copic markers to mirror the strip of designer paper.

I am starting by showing Becky's adorable It's The Little Things setThe first card is a 4.25 square card which I stamped with circles from Lots of Lines and small circles from Lots of Thanks. I stamped the sentiment and hedgehog from Becky's set in black in. Super simple!

If you have not heard the "What does the fox say?" song yet, you have probably been hiding under a rock (next to the fox).  This is just a fun card - sentiment is typed on computer

This is a card for my friend who had a baby girl last month!  The elephant is so fun to color in.

Theresa's Vertical Greetings combines some pretty images with some fun sentiments. I used the leaf bunch with a sentiment from Lots of Thanks to make this simple card.

This is a card I created using copics in various hues of blue. I stamped the poppies in white and colored in the edges with blue.

I have been seeing these crazy angle layer cards all over pinterest. Here is my version using Theresa's sentiment & dragonfly, along with dots from Lots of Dots.

Today I am showing off some of the super cute Incentive Stamps for this month!

I created this simple card with Kraft CS and designer paper from the StampTV kit.  I used chocolate ink (memento) because the new inks from Gina K. have not yet arrived! I cannot wait to get the new Gina K. inks in Kraft & Dark Chocolate, which will surely work so well those papers!

This card was created with the sentiment from the $25 incentive stamp set, along with some of the designer paper which is being released this month.  I stamped the background with the dots from Lots of Dots using versamark.  Star is punched with designer paper and the button is black -- the bakers twine is purple.

Fabulous Stamped Frames Hop

Good morning!  Today several members of the CardMaker Blog team and Gina K. Designs team are  showcasing stamps used in Melanie Muenchinger's newest book Fabulous Stamped Frames, published by Annie's. This cardmaking tutorial book features 36 projects using seven of Melanie's bold and line art frame stamp sets from Gina K. Designs.  These versatile sets each contain a frame stamp large enough to fill an A2 card front, which can be rotated portrait or landscape style, along with coordinating images and sentiments, that allow both beginners and advanced crafters to enjoy endless design possibilities for year-round themes, occasions and styles. Not all sets are needed to get a ton of instruction and ideas from this book! Melanie challenged us to each put our own spin on one of the sets, so we hope you enjoy what you see today!  She and Gina will be sharing videos as well to show more of the book and some of the stamps in action.

 Here is what I made:

I have been on a clean and simple kick lately and found that this stamp set allowed me to make quick C&S cards.
I used some Gina K. designer paper for the banner and then used some punched flowers, which I stamped with the circle stamp from Lots of Dots using blue raspberry ink. I used the same ink on the sentiment.

For this next card, I stamped the mosaic background in black ink on red card stock.  I also stamped it in black ink on white card stock and trimmed out the two rectangles. I stamped the polkadot background from from Lots of Dots using red ink and turned it into a birthday present using Gina K. Ribbon.  The sentiment is from the inspiration mosaic set.

Finally, I created this card using the sentiment from inspiration mosaic.  I love the sentiment and immediately thought of using the moon from Weather or Not and the star cluster from Wicked.  I colored the moon with copic markers and added stickles to the stars and moon to give it some glitz!
Finally, I created this card for our Pastor's wife who recently celebrated her 50th anniversary as a Deaconess in the church.  I used the sentiment from Inspiration mosaic.  I used the stamp from the latest Theresa Momber set Up and Away. I stamped in the flower bunch in sweet corn and then went over it with white ink, slightly off to give the flowers some dimension. Super simple card!

I hope you enjoyed my samples from this wonderfully versatile set! I love how I can pair it up with some of the other Gina K. sets which I have in my collection.

Gina K. Designs Blog Hop: Up, Up & Away and Lots Of Dots Alphabet

The Design Team for Gina K. Designs welcomes you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop! Gina and the Design Team will inspire you with many beautiful ideas! Today I am featuring Theresa's Up, Up & Away set, along with my Alphabet set!

First up, a graduation card which I made with our school colors! Super easy! You can customize your card with school colors and embellish with ribbons and layers! The possibilities are endless!

YOLO!  Great card to stuff a $20 and give to a college student heading off for their first year of classes! Put a note inside saying "For emergencies....don't do anything I wouldn't do!"

Valentines could be super easy with the alphabet set.  It's easy to mass produce these CAS one layer cards!

Teen Text-speak is the norm now -- so creating a fun birthday card for the teen in your life is super easy with the Lots of Dots alphabet set.  Embellish with a button and this monochrome look is super clean and fun!  I used lots of dots circles on the background!

Theresa's set has some great sentiments in it which are great (and interchangeable) for birthday's, graduation, etc...
This card uses some Gina K. designer paper along with a fun layout to focus on the sentiment!
The delicate image from Theresa's set (along with a sentiment from her previous set) made for a super easy "thinking of you" card!  I also added the & from the Lots of dots alphabet to give it a touch of whimsey!
I am getting to that stage in life where I am attending more graduations than weddings -- my kids friends are growing up fast too! I used the school colors along with the sentiment from Theresa's set (and the numbers from Tami's set) to create this grad card.

First up is Melanie's set (Stately Flowers 7).  It is such an elegant set and easy to work with!  I love the sentiments!

With this card, I was able to frame the main image in flowers! I used light color copics to really make the flowers pop!

I showed this wedding card the other day, which features Tami's Simple numbers and Debbie's diva set from the last release (Mr & Mrs. Diva)

Todd & I passed a milestone last month, celebrating our 20th anniversary.  I made this simple anniversary card using Tami's Simple Numbers, along with the Lots Of Dots background...

I shared this the other day, but it is here for an encore! I love being 29 *again*!
