Gina K. Blog Hop (Day 3) Stippled Nature: Sincere Thanks

Thank you so much for all your wonderful feedback yesterday. I am sorry that the post was so crazy - blogger was giving me such a hard time!

This was a super simple thank you note which I created with a bunch of scraps of designer paper from the Wisteria Lane pack. I used a scrap of ribbon and a button from my stash, along with the sentiment from Stippled Nature.

The sentiment is stamped in olive. I love the look of the green and purple together! What do you think?

Here is ANOTHER sample (am I overloading you?)

This is really not as hideous in real life - I PROMISE!

I used a turquoise base, cut it with my cutter and added a strip of white. I stamped the flower and dot with versamark, added the sentiment and added the orange Prima flower with button and bakers twine. Simple card which only took a few minutes to make!

It's time to start hopping here:

Hideous, what? I love orange with aqua! Like the way you used the strips on the first!

Really love the purple green combo - orange and aqua - not me! Great inspiration though!

The two word authentication is very, very difficult to read and do. It is a complete guess sometimes, and often incorrect. Is there any way you can use a similar process as the rest of the designers?

I have a friend who loves purple! Can't wait to make a card like this! Thanks...

Thanks Marcy - I just modified it! Hope that works better - let me know! <3

I'll echo what others have already written: I like the color combo and the simplicity of your cards. I like the way you used the scraps of paper on one side of the card. The orange flower gives the second card just the right pop of color. Nicely done, thanks for the inspiration.
